The winner was selected on the basis of research seeking new visionaries in the world of technology. Candidates from all over were considered for their revolutionary innovations and positive impact on clients and on the profitability of Latin American organizations.
Finalists were selected by the CIO Latin America management, and the winner was chosen by a panel of ten CIOs from the region.
